Case Study: Easy Street

Newcastle-based entrepreneur Paul Rowe had a vision to create the city’s first cabaret bar. In the summer of 2010, “Eazy Street” was born.

With a large number of regular weekly performances, coupled with one-off appearences by singers, dancers and drag queens daily updates to the on-screen promotions were essential.

BeeBox Systems devised a workflow where Eazy Street’s graphic designer could e-mail each new flyer to BeeBox’s content management team – who could then schedule the graphic to appear instantly on the machine.

Each flyer was scheduled so that it ceased to be displayed on the night that artist performed, so the push was always towards the next big act – ensuring customers came back for more.
